Helping Young Children Living in Families with Drug and Alcohol Addictions

I use I'm So Glad You Asked with all of the children in my program. It's great for sharing feelings. We all hope that the children in our care will be spared from living with difficult situations like these [alcoholism and drug addiction], but when they do arise, as an adult with the possibility of making a difference, to look up and see I'm So Glad You Asked on your bookshelf feels like someone just threw you a life preserver.
